I'm coming in from out of town, where should I stay? 

We have a block of rooms reserved for you at Hotel Genevieve and AC Marriott in Nulu! Keep in mind, we could only get a limited number of rooms, and Bourbon and Beyond is booked for the same weekend in Louisville, making it a busy weekend in the city. So, book quickly!​ If our room blocks fill up, we encourage you to find hotels in the Nulu neighborhood.

WEDDING DETAILS

When and where is the wedding?

Our Wedding is September 13, 2025 at 5pm. Both the ceremony and reception are at Ashbourne Farms (3810 Old Westport Rd, La Grange, KY). 
 

What is the dress code?
Formal attire, please! Suits, tuxes, long dresses—think elegant and elevated. Just a heads-up: the ceremony will be held on grass, so you may want to opt for block heels. Please also remember that it might be a hot day, and the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:45 pm, we will start promptly at 5 pm.

 

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes! Round-trip transportation will be provided from  Hotel Genevieve and the AC Marriott. We encourage everyone to utilize the transportation - there is limited parking at the venue. 

Is there parking available?

There is limited parking available. We encourage everyone to take the provided transportation. If you plan on driving, please text us beforehand to let us know. 

Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but this is a kid-free celebration! 
 

Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. If a guest is listed on your envelope or RSVP, they're invited. Thank you for understanding!
 

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We’ve hired amazing photographers to capture every moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. Help us create an unplugged ceremony—your smiles mean more than your screens!​
